Arie Presenti has been active in the bicycle industry for over 40 years. He is the founder and owner of CTC Trading Ltd., a leading bicycle import company, which represent “Trek” brand in Israel.   

Shaul Shwartz Founder & CTO

Shaul studied at the Tel Aviv Academy of Music. He is a cello player as well as a cello teacher. As an autodidact, Shaul acquired wide knowledge in physics and mechanical engineering, both theoretical and practical, which inspired him to invent a unique driving system for electric bike. Shaul initiated the electric bike project, and later on co-founded Ecycli Ltd. In 2014. Shaul is the inventor of the bicycle with the detachable power unit. Arie Bergman, CEO

Arie is a cofounder of the company and one of its seed investors. Industrialist with more than 40 years of involvement in electronic packaging, communication and medical production. He is also investor in variety start-up companies. Currently, Arie is Chairman and CEO of Bartal Electronic Enclosures Ltd; a public company (till 2001), active in the industry of enclosures packaging and assembly lines for the electronics companies. Previously, he was chairman of Bartal-Tech Ltd. And from 1995 to 2001 he was Chairman and CEO of Mobat Communication Ltd. A joint-venture company between Motorola and Bartal important that undertook a spin-off of wireless communication product family.

Kobby Greenberg, Founder

Mr. Greenberg holds MBA from Bar-Ilan University, Israel, B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, from the Technion- Israel Institute of Technology. Kobby has over 20 years of experience in development of complex mechanical components. Over the years he was focusing on developing drive systems as well as medical devices, specializes in characterizing complicated systems at their early stages and leading their research and development from proof of concept, prototyping, verification and validation, through mass production manufacturing and finally marketing. Kobby managed versatile R&D groups, and served as executive manager in international companies. He served as a COO at Flow Industries ltd., and lead Cleanoscope Medical as CEO. Previously he managed the R&D team (VP R&D) at Niti Surgical Solutions Ltd.

Arie Presenti, Business Development

Arie is a certified electronic technician, and released as Sargent Major from the IDF. Arie is a cofounder of the company and one of its seed investors. Arie Presenti has more than 45 years of experience in the bike industry in Israel, as a manufacturer, importer and distributor. He established CTC, the largest bike distribution company in Israel with 45 employees, in 1983.  He owns 6 bike shops spread all over Israel. CTC imports and sells many leading bike brands, such as TREK, the largest bike brand in the world. In addition, CTC developed its own brand Evoke, which successfully manufactured and marketed in the last 2 decades.

He has a position of business development, and established productive connections with European bike manufacturers and distributors
